We are an independent opticians, providing NHS and private sight examinations. Our practice specialises in all types of contact lenses and we have a wide selection of designer and budget frames.
Our state-of-the-art scanning technology supports early detection and monitoring of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and many other conditions. We are also an accredited practice for WGOS Examinations for Urgent Eye Problems and WGOS Low Vision Assessments.

Our Location
Crickhowell Optometrists is located on the high street of the beautiful Georgian town of Crickhowell which was awarded ‘The Best British High Street in the UK’ prize in 2018. Crickhowell Optometrists is a Grade 2 listed building and has preserved its historic footprint by keeping the original ‘James Isaac’ shop sign and display.
